Congratulations to our 2023 Scholarship Winners!!

As many of you have seen this season and already know, Tiger Splash has a number of volunteer swimmers who play a significant role at our practices and meets. We call this position, a Junior Assistant Volunteer. (JAV)

Junior Assistant Volunteer (JAV) is a volunteer position responsible for assisting the coaching staff with practice and meet day functions of the swim team. The goal of the JAV program is to ensure more individualized attention to every Splash swimmer, as well as develop leadership skills for JAV participants.

The Dripping Springs Tiger Splash Swim Team believes the JAV program is an integral part of our team’s success. While swimming is the primary focus of our organization, Tiger Splash is dedicated to giving back to those qualified swimmers who have invested so much of their own time and energy into all of our kids and our team. To honor the commitment and recognize the contributions of our JAVs, we offer a limited number of scholarships valued at a minimum of $1000. Applicants must be graduating seniors that have participated in the JAV program for a minimum of two years with a minimum of 10 hours volunteered per season.

We are so excited to announce this year recipients of the 2023 Tiger Splash Scholarship.
